Platform Engineering
Build the components your architecture requires.
What the engagement includes
- Full-stack engineering for the components that must be built
- Integrations against approved interfaces, with retry and failure handling
- Model orchestration, including evaluation harnesses and fallback behaviour
- User experience design for the people who will operate the workflow daily
- Testing across unit, integration, workflow and evaluation levels
- DevOps and release automation with versioned, reversible deployments
What you receive
- Maintainable system components with readable, documented code
- Integration documentation covering endpoints, limits and error states
- Acceptance evidence mapped to the criteria agreed during design
- Deployment procedures, including rollback
- Agreed handover materials for your team or a chosen supplier
The engine serves the architecture
Engineering is subordinate to the business and architecture requirements. We assess what your current platforms already do well, what should be configured or integrated, and where custom development is justified. A component is built only when configuration or integration cannot meet the requirement.
Any technology names discussed during design are illustrative implementation choices. They are not partnerships, certifications or endorsements.
