Our objective is to work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines address the accessibility of web content for people with a range of visual, hearing, mobility and cognitive disabilities. This is an improvement objective, not a certification or a statement that every page currently meets every applicable success criterion.

The conformance status of this website has not been established through a completed assessment. We therefore do not claim full or partial WCAG conformance in this statement. Accessibility may vary across pages, downloadable documents, languages and third-party features.

This statement covers public content at synexumlabs.com. Client systems and privately delivered applications have separate scopes and project requirements; their accessibility cannot be established by this statement.

Our accessibility priorities include keyboard navigation and visible focus; meaningful headings, labels and reading order; appropriate text contrast and text resizing; text alternatives for informative images; clear form instructions and errors; and layouts that remain usable when enlarged or viewed on smaller screens.

Where relevant, our priorities also include captions and transcripts, controls for motion and autoplay, accessible downloadable documents, and consent and scheduling interfaces that can be operated with assistive technology. These are work priorities and do not represent a verified inventory of features already completed.

We will work with you to identify a practical alternative, such as an accessible text version, assistance arranging a meeting, or another suitable communication format. Third-party involvement does not remove our obligation to address accessibility barriers within our responsibilities. Where a barrier involves a supplier, we will consider available alternatives and raise the issue with the supplier as appropriate.
