Intelligence Operations
Keep intelligence reliable as data, models and processes change.
What the engagement includes
- Monitoring of data freshness, workflow throughput and failure conditions
- Evaluation runs that re-test outputs against agreed criteria after changes
- Access reviews confirming permissions still match roles
- Incident response with defined severity levels and communication paths
- Recovery procedures tested rather than assumed
- Cost management covering processing, storage and third-party usage
- A reviewed improvement backlog prioritized with your team
What you receive
- Service reports at the agreed interval
- Quality and usage measures, including where the system abstained
- Incident records with cause and corrective action
- Release history with the change and its approval
- An improvement plan your team helps prioritize
Controlled change
Improvements enter the system through the same review path as any other change: proposed, evaluated against the acceptance measures, approved by a named owner, released with a version and reversible if the result is worse. Nothing modifies itself in production.
Support coverage and service levels are defined in the contract. There is no default 24/7 staffing commitment and no unlimited development allowance.
