Governing Entity

All services provided under the Synexum Labs brand are offered by Coigne Capital Inc., incorporated in Quebec, Canada.

Scope of Services

Services include, but are not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Web and cloud applications
• Automation and workflow systems
• Artificial intelligence integration
• Data analytics and dashboards
• Infrastructure and DevOps support
• Digital and technical advisory services

No Guarantees

Synexum Labs does not guarantee outcomes, uptime, performance metrics, system availability, or commercial results. Service level agreements (SLAs), where applicable, are provided exclusively by written contract.

Hosting & Infrastructure

Development work may be hosted temporarily on infrastructure located in the United States during development phases or performed directly within client-provided environments, as agreed contractually.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables, code, and intellectual property is governed exclusively by the applicable written agreement. In the absence of a written agreement, all intellectual property remains the property of Coigne Capital Inc.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coigne Capital Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved first through good-faith mediation, then binding arbitration. Governing law shall be the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
